I have been a student of metapsychology for over thirty years. I earned an Associates degree from Southern Illinois University, a degree in Metapsychology from the University of Memphis, and I am a seminary-ordained Unity minister.
In my journey, I have worked in Crisis Intervention, Anger Management, family & individual counseling, and as a hospital chaplain. To better understand myself, I studied Transcendental Meditation and Silva Mind Control, a process of creative visualization, and I have taught many classes in meditation and relaxation techniques.
I am passionate about presenting materials that provide information people can actually use in their day-to-day lives. I currently host a Blog called “How To Enjoy Your Life In Spite Of It All!” for people who are interested in personal growth, people who are beginning to recognize that material success is not the goal, but rather the by-product of inner growth.
I am exploring creative urges as a poet and novelist, but exploring issues of personal growth and writing and teaching about them will always be where my heart is.
